HP Anchor Packer
The
HP anchor packer is used as the bottom packer of the fracturing string to
stabilize the whole string during staged fracturing operations. With the
bi-directional slips that provide high gripping force against the wellbore, the
packer is rated to 10,000psi pressure grade, and could be used in both open and
cased holes.
The
HP anchor packer could be set by pressuring up the tubing, after the packer is
set, an internal locking ring keeps the hydraulic setting pressure in place to
ensure the packing force. The elastomer element has anti-extrusion rings installed
on the ends to prevent severe deformations.
The
packer has a full wellbore ID that allows a higher fracturing rate and path for
future well intervention. Alloy steel is used on the packer by default and
anti-corrosion materials could be selected as an option.
